We are serious about client satisfaction.
During the first year occupying your custom home you are covered by Rykon Construction Management’s Service Policy to correct defects in materials and workmanship. When you do your final walk-through and inspection with a Rykon Construction representative before taking possession, we will advise you of the target dates for each of the service calls that might be required so that you get the maximum benefit from each call.
And your protection doesn’t end for at least a decade. As well as the Rykon Service Policy, all our clients are also protected by the Travelers Guarantee Home Warranty Program which provides a two year mechanical defects warranty, a five year exterior defects warranty and a 10 year structural defects warranty.

A Rykon representative is always handy to answer any questions or discuss any concerns that may arise over time.
And to be absolutely sure all our clients are satisfied, a year after you move in to your new home, we follow up again. We visit to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues or answer questions.
